You have a period of 14 days to return any product to us from the moment you receive it, with the exception of personalized products. The package containing the returned product must have arrived at our facilities before the aforementioned 14-day period expires.

Before sending the package with the returned product, you will contact us via email motostock@moto-stock.com to request authorization for the return process.

Return costs will be borne by the customer, unless there has been an error in shipping. Likewise, after making the return shipment, you must inform us via email motostock@moto-stock.com of the tracking number and the carrier. with which the return shipment is made.

It is essential that the sender appears on the outside of the package containing the return and that the sender's name corresponds to that of the person who appears on the initial request order.

Any package that does not meet the above requirements will be directly rejected at our facilities.

It is important to properly package the returned product so that it does not suffer damage.

We will refund the purchase amount once we have received and verified the product within the legal period of 15 days after checking:

• That both the product and its protective plastic bag with the product information (if any), case or box and other elements that make up the packaging are in perfect condition.
• Does not show signs of having been manipulated or used.

Otherwise, we reserve the right to make a partial payment, to recondition the product or return the product to the customer.

In case of error on our part, you must contact us by email at motostock@moto-stock.com to request pick up the product and proceed with the exchange.

* Customs

If shipping the package generates customs fees and taxes, these will be borne by the customer. If the customer does not want to be responsible for customs fees, Motostock will not refund the amount of the order nor will it take charge of the package.
